D1CE- "You're my destiny"- Comeback review

Long title, we know.

So, this was not originally gonna be our surprise for 550 followers on insta. But, alas, this comeback was posted maybe a few minutes after we hit that milestone, and I knew I couldn't abandon our readers like that. However, we will abandon that weird scoring device I used last time. I did not like that. Instead, I will be simply writing my opinion minute by minute and ranking it out of dinosaurs. If it's one dinosaur, that's a terrible dinosaur. If it's ten dinosaurs, that's one amazing fantastic dinosaur. I got no sleep last night.

Introducing the group like we did for Pink Fantasy, D1CE is a 5-member boy group under D1CE ent, a subsidiary of Happyface ent., also known as the home of DreamCatcher. So, right away, I have high hopes. And at the end of the article, we'll known if they were fulfilled or not!

Anyways, onto the review...

Zero Minutes in- The song starts with some nice piano and nice vocals combined. Then the beat drops. So far, I'm enjoying this. This is really calming and enjoyable. And the music video, while not very high budget or high intensive, is pretty calming and aesthetic.

One minute in- I'm assuming this is when the chorus starts. This is really nice, wow. I can only imagine how the dance practice for this song would be. After the nice chorus, I'm assuming what happens is the bridge but early??? This sounds like the beat dropping, yet again, but I don't want to overuse that term. Oh, okay, this is just the rap part. That makes sense.

Two minutes in- The pre-chorus is equally as vocally sweet as the chorus. This is just all around a really nice experience. Furthermore, I appreciate that this group is able to properly mix their fantastic vocals and laxed rapping.

The final minute- The song was pretty short, but it was good. It only lasts around 3 minutes and 13 seconds.

In conclusion, wow, that was really good! My hopes have been fulfilled, sort of? I thought they'd be a lot more high energy than they were, but this is a different kind of good. It's nice to see a non-edgy concept done by a boy group. Of course, I like edgy concepts too, but it's good to have variety in the type of music you listen to and the concepts in that music. So, uh, yeah. I do believe this is 9 and a half good ol dinosaurs. That's one solid hearty dino. Anyways, stream "You're my Destiny."
